Our Home For Exchange
Description of the home we are offering for exchange
4 bed detached house in Dorset village, 1 double and 2 single bedrooms plus an office room on the ground floor with a double sofa bed. The double room has a small ensuite and there is a family bathroom and WC downstairs. There's a good size kitchen diner and comfortable lounge with woodburner. In the garden there's a wood cabin, childrens swings and trampoline and a hot tub on the decking.
We have two cats with a cat flap so they come and go as they please also 2 chickens at the bottom of the garden but these can be looked after by neighbours if you aren't comfortable to look after them.

Our village is well located within easy reach of the beautiful Purbeck coastline and the harbour town of Poole and Bournemouth beach resort. We have a local Tesco's, two pubs and a pharmacy within walking distance. The house is situated in a quiet cul de sac with friendly neighbours.

The Jurassic coastline is a short drive away with beautiful beaches and coves to explore along with the stunning Poole harbour where you can take boat trips to explore Brownsea island. There are several national trust properties locally to explore including the stunning Corfe Castle and Kingston Lacy House. Sandbanks and Studland offer stunning beaches for swimming and sunbathing and in Poole and Wareham you can find a great selection of pubs, restaurants and cafes. For familys there is Paultons Park theme park and Moors Valley Country park a short drive away plus multiple family friendly attractions from water parks, to climbing walls and mini golf.

It is important that our house is clean and tidy when we return. We have raised decking and steps down into the garden without railings so wouldn't be suitable for small children. We have 2 cats and 2 chickens. We would prefer a rural house swap and it needs to be in the school holidays.
