Our Home For Exchange
Description of the home we are offering for exchange
Our spacious family home is located in the beautiful beach town of Peregian Beach. It is less than a twenty minute drive (or bus ride) from the heart of Noosa Beach and a ten minute walk from Peregian beach. Our home has three bedrooms and three bathrooms for you to enjoy, a large, open-plan living, kitchen and dining room and a beautiful deck for you to soak in the views of the beach. You will be tucked away behind the trees, enjoying a large private garden and private pool. Become fully immersed in nature, enjoying the beautiful native birds that find their homes in trees surrounding our home. Try to spot the Koala that occasionally comes to visit our gum tree.

Peregian Beach is less than a twenty minute drive (or bus ride) from the heart of Noosa Beach and a ten minute walk from Peregian beach. Our home is located in a quiet, suburban area with lots of families and people walking their dogs. There are coffee shops, clothing boutiques, grocery stores, alcohol shops and a hardware store a 10 minute drive away. There are also busses that will take you into the centre of Noosa.

From our house, it is a 20 minute walk to a small shopping centre with several restaurants, a grocery store, coffee shops and boutique clothing shops. The beach is only a 10 minute walk away and it is perfect for surfing, walking, swimming and paddle boarding! A 20 minute drive away you will find yourself in the hustle and bustle of Noosa Beach where there are countless restaurants, beachside shops and the beautiful Noosa Main beach.
